These brass gentleman are discussing the value of a Tayman Tutoring class and can be found not far from the shore in Yorktown, VA. During our Military History Field trip we visit this place as well as Jamestown Settlement.
How to enroll
To enroll in any of these classes:
1) Fill out the registration form here. That form is considered a parent/ vendor contract which informs all parties what is expected should you enroll in a class. Should you just need more info about a certain class, then fill out contact page. Including all pertinent information regarding student and interested class (s).
AND/OR
2) Call our home office at 907-522-0051 and tell the representative which class you desire to attend and your school affiliation. OR call/text info to 907-444-6005. If your family is associated with a local Charter school, please have your sponsor/ contact teacher name available.
Please tell us your student’s name, a contact number, and if possible, an email address so we can confirm your participation.
The specifics of the classes offered by Tayman Tutoring:
Classes are offered in South Anchorage. Some “LBF” classes may have a separate registration. Every class will have weekly assignments.
All Tayman Tutoring classes can be funded with educational allotments.
American History
When: Wednesday 2:00- 4:00p beginning 09/03/25 held at Workshop.
Thursday 9:30-11:30a beginning 09/04/25 at Unite Church (LBF offices).

This is a 2 semester course taught by Dennis Tayman
US Government
Spring semester:
When: Wednesday 01/07/26 11:30-1:30p held at Workshop.
Thursday 01/08/26 12:45-2:45p at Unite Chuch (LBF offices).
This class is designed to be 9-12 grade level.
Cost $450; Must have at least 4 students.
Beginning Geology
When: Tuesday 12:45-2:45p beginning 09/02/25 at Unite Church (LBF offices).
Wednesday 9:00-11:00a beginning 09/03/25 at Workshop.
